Session Group Management

This enables you to configure the limit of concurrent sessions to groups of Live channels. To apply a session group to a channel, see  Adding Technical channels.

Enabling and disabling session group management

On the Feature Configuration tab, you can enable and disable the session group management feature at Platform level.

Creating session groups

To create a session group:

  1. On the Sessions Groups tab, click ADD NEW .
  2. Enter a name for the new group and select the maximum number of sessions.
  3. Click the SAVE CHANGES button; a confirmation message will be displayed, click the CONTINUE button.

Editing session groups

To edit a session group:

  1. In the relevant session group row, select Edit Session Group... from the  menu.
  2. Update the details as required and click the SAVE CHANGES button.

Deleting session groups

To delete a session group:

  1. In the relevant channel row, select Delete... from the menu.
  2. A pop-up window displays a confirmation message, click the DELETE button.
