Operator Console (OpCon)
You can log-in to OpCon as an external or internal user.
Log-in for external users
External users can log-in using their email address and authentication method.
To configure user accounts for external log-in, see User accounts.
The mail domain and authentication method must be configured at the Platform level; see Authentication method.
Log-in for internal users
Log-in without multi-factor authentication
Enter your Username or email address and password on the log-in page and click Log-in.
Log-in with multi-factor authentication
If multi-factor authentication is enabled for your account, you will need to follow the procedures below to log-in.
If you do not already have one installed, download a suitable authentication app such as Free OTP or Google Authenticator.
At first login
You will need to configure your authentication app and set your password using the forgotten password process.
Subsequent logins
Once multi-factor authentication has been configured, use this procedure to log-in.
- Enter your Username or email address and password on the login page, and click LOG-IN.
- Enter the one-time code from your authenticator app and click Log-In.
Forgotten password
Use this to reset your password:
- On the log-in page, click Forgot password?
- Enter your Username or email address on the next screen and click Submit.
- You will receive an email to change your account credentials. In the email, click the Link to reset credentials; this link expires within five minutes.
- The Mobile Authenticator Setup page is displayed; scan the QR code with your authenticator app, enter the one-time code in the field below and click Submit.
- The password change page is displayed; enter and confirm your password and click Submit.
You should now be able to log-in to OpCon.
