Notifications

OpenTV Video Platform sends email notifications when certain events occur in the system. These events are also recorded in Data Warehouse and are available for use in custom reports.

The recipients are configured during deployment and can be updated by NAGRA on request.

The events for which notifications are sent are as follows:

• Metadata ingest:
  • Ingest file has started processing.
  • Ingest completed successfully.
  • Ingest failed.
• Metadata export:
  • Export has started.
  • Export completed successfully.
  • Export failed.
• Asset workflow:
  • Workflow jobs have started.
  • Workflow jobs completed successfully.
  • Workflow jobs failed.
