Add additional properties for OpenTV ION

The following additional properties are currently supported by NAGRAVISION’s OpenTV ION application.

• Rails layout on the DISCOVER screen

• Launcher additional properties

OpenTV ION also requires that promotional banners be configured in a specific way – see Add a promotional banner rail to a layout.
