Adding and removing entitlements

Adding entitlements to an account

Use this to add entitlements (products) to an account; the process is the same for all entitlements except devices. For further details, see Adding items.

From the Account List page, display the account in View mode.
Select the required entitlement tab: TVOD , SVOD , Capabilities , PPV or Others .
On the entitlement tab:
- If there are no existing entitlements, click the ADD ENTITLEMENT button
- If entitlements already exist, click MANAGE .
Locate the products to be added to the account and click the relevant Add icons. To add all the products to the account, click ADD PAGE .
Enter start and end dates; alternatively, click Override and select the required term.
Select a device class if required (not available for Capabilities).
Click the CONFIRM button.
Click the SAVE CHANGES button; a confirmation message will be displayed, click the SAVE CHANGES button again.

Editing entitlements

Use this to change the details of an entitlement.

From the Account List page, display the account in View mode.
Select the required entitlement tab and either:
- Click the menu for the relevant entitlement and select Edit Entitlement.
- Click MANAGE and in the Entitlements panel, click the icon.
Update the start date, end date and device class as appropriate and click the CONFIRM button.
Click the SAVE CHANGES button; a confirmation message will be displayed, click the SAVE CHANGES button again.

Removing entitlements

Use this to remove entitlements from an account. For further details, see Removing items.

From the Account List page, display the account in View mode.
Select the required entitlement tab and either:
- Click the menu for the relevant entitlement and select Delete Entitlement .
- Click MANAGE and in the Entitlements panel, click the icon.
Update the start date, end date and device class as appropriate and click the CONFIRM button.
Click the SAVE CHANGES button; a confirmation message will be displayed, click the SAVE CHANGES button again.
