Account Packages and Subscriptions

This page shows packages and subscriptions for a specific account.

The top right of the page shows an Account Search box. If navigating from another page, the Account Search box contains the selected Account ID. Otherwise, a valid Account ID must be entered before clicking the Apply button or return key to search.

Clicking the Back button returns users to the Account Details page.

Below Account Search, the report shows a table with columns for Subscriptions Created Date, Entitlement ID, Product ID, Product Name, Product Type, Is Freemium and Technical Types. By default, the table is sorted by Subscriptions Created Date (with most recent at the top).

The mouseover tooltip on the right-most column gives further information.

Users can navigate between table pages by clicking or dragging the Page slider at the bottom-right of the table.
