Smartcard specification

Allows API clients to uniquely identify a Smardcard using one of a range of identifiers. Only one child element may be provided.

Name	Type	Description
`smartcardId`	String	Unique ID of the Smartcard, as used by the CAS. If provided on creation, SDP verifies that the value is unique.
`uid`	Long	Internal numeric identifier assigned by SDP on entity creation.
`originSpecification`	OriginSpecification	The `originId` and `originKey` of the Smardcard.
