Offer specification
An Offer (also known as a Policy Group) represents an agreement between the service operator and an Account holder, to provide an end-user with access to content.
The Offer specification allows API clients to uniquely identify an existing purchase offer (Policy Group) using one of a range of identifiers. Only one child element may be provided.
