Non-Direct License Acquisition - MDRMM/PRM

This page describes the request that the MDRMM makes to the PRM and the response that it receives for licence acquisition in non-direct mode.

API Call

For hardware PRM (STB), the MDRMM makes an OnlineHardwareCredentialsV1.createEncryptedContentEntitlementNoOpaque request to the PRM.

For software PRM (open device), the MDRMM makes a SoftwareEntitlementV2.createEntitlement request to the PRM.
