Get the capability entitlements for the account
Request
To get the capability entitlements for the logged-in account, send a GET request to:
https://<host>:<port>/rmg/v1/user/capabilities
Headers
authorization
– bearer token that the client received at signonnv-tenant-id
– the tenant ID

Response
A successful request returns an HTTP 200 status.
A bad request returns an HTTP 400 status.
If no entitlements were found, the request returns an HTTP 404 status.

is alwaysCAPABILITY
